We are in the process of evaluating our beta tool with lead customers. Detailed product information and technical specifications are available on request.

The system is being developed on the Microsoft .NET platform in compliance with semi guidelines. The Interface A Standard is used to share defect information within the whole production chain. It will integrate easily into existing IT-infrastructures in semiconductor fabs as well as in other manufacturing environments where machine vision plays a critical role.
